Tabata is a form of interval training that utilizes a variety of training techniques and equipment. It’s designed to burn the maximum amount of calories and fat in the shortest amount of time. This 45 minute workout is designed for people of all fitness levels who want results without a lengthy cardio workout. Modifications are provided for each exercise, so you can find the one that challenges you the most. Please wear exercise clothing, bring a water bottle and a yoga mat if you have one. Drop in fee is $10. Saturday morning class will be held at North Lakes Academy Middle School, 255 7th Ave NW, Suite B, Forest Lake.
