  • Early Actor’s Showcase: “Dino’s In Space” Ages 4-6

Young future actors will learn and practice the skills of performing on stage including speaking with volume, memorization, singing and moving their bodies to help tell a story. We will also be creating a keepsake item that students will use in the performance and learn a short collection of songs and poems to be memorized and performed on the last day of camp for friends and family. Our theme this year is “Dino’s in Space”. Our silly poems and songs will explore dinosaurs, the solar system and beyond.
  • Musical Theater Intensive: “Cinderella: Youth Edition” Ages 8-17

Join us as we bring to life this classic fairytale through song and dance. The shortened version of this Rodgers & Hammerstein classic offers opportunities for youth of different ages and experience levels to shine. Rehearsal materials will be provided and students should expect to spend some additional time memorizing and practicing for the performance. This course is best suited for those who have previous acting or singing experience, but actors of all skill levels and abilities are welcome. Participants should wear closed toe shoes and comfortable clothes they can move around in and bring a snack (if needed) and a water bottle. For dress rehearsal and performances, students will need to wear an all black base costume (pants, shoes and t-shirt or tank-top) to be worn under their provided costume pieces. Two performances (Fri, June 28 at 3pm and 7pm) provide opportunities for family and friends to celebrate your student’s hard work and see the show!
