The Early Childhood Programs are an integral part of Forest Lake Area Schools (FLAS). We work together to assure that children transition smoothly into kindergarten.
The program offers before and after school childcare, non-school days (NSD) and summer childcare. Fees are listed in the current fee schedule online. The program opens at 6am and closes at 6pm.
Alcohol ink is a painting technique that lends itself well to abstract art. You’ll be guided through the steps of outlining, filling in and highlighting your hydrangea to create depth and then adding stems and leaves. Alcohol ink is very forgiving because if you don’t like a part of your picture, you can wipe it off with isopropyl alcohol. You will have the opportunity to paint one or two (if time permits) hydrangeas on white or black 9x12". A $15 supply fee is payable to the instructor at class.
