Studies show that yoga practice positively correlates with both physical and mental wellness as well as managing pain and inflammation, improving sleep quality and much more. We will combine gentle physical poses with mindfulness and breathing in this beginning yoga practice. Our focus will be on functional mobility, balance and working to release stress and stiffness. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water. Space permitting, drop ins are allowed for a fee of $12 paid by check or cash (please bring correct change). You will be provided with a link prior to class.
