The Early Childhood Programs are an integral part of Forest Lake Area Schools (FLAS). We work together to assure that children transition smoothly into kindergarten.
The program offers before and after school childcare, non-school days (NSD) and summer childcare. Fees are listed in the current fee schedule online. The program opens at 6am and closes at 6pm.

Middle School Basketball is a recreational league that focuses on skill development including dribbling with both hands, proper shooting techniques and passing while also learning more in depth about game play positioning, offensive/defensive techniques and rules.
Basketball will meet Monday-Thursday on school days from 2:30-4:30pm in the Forest Lake Area Middle School gyms. Students will experience practice and game play in this time frame. These games will be 3:45-5:45pm at FLAMS. We will also have additional in house games (planned games with officials) once to twice a week versus our own teams starting the second week of our season. These games would be played from 3:15-4:30pm.
Game uniforms will be provided.
