If you've taken Crochet One, or are experienced in crocheting, it's time to see where your creativity can bring you. Your crochet instructor will lead you through making a crocheted stuffed dog. 

The supplies listed below are for Daisy the Dog. If you are a confident intermediate or advanced crocheter, you can complete a different Jess Huff pattern. The techniques used will be the same, but the class will be based around completing the dog. Email your instructor Shelli Matheson at shelli.matheson@gmail.com with any questions.
  • 3.5mm (E-4) hook or size needed to obtain gauge
  • (2) 15mm safety eyes (Available from instructor for 50 cents/pair)
  • Stitch markers
  • Yarn needle
  • Scissors
  • Straight pins
  • Fiberfill
  • Disappearing ink marker

264 yards of acrylic (weight 4) yarn:

  • Pink – 3 yards (3m / 2g) Tongue
  • Beige – 58 yards (53m / 32g) Paws/nose
  • Medium Brown – 171 yards (156m / 93g) Body
  • Dark Brown – 32 yards (29m / 17g) Ears

Shelli Matheson

Shelli Matheson is a crochet blogger and designer. She first learned to crochet in the late 70s but set it aside for about 25 years. Since that time, Shelli has become an avid and enthusiastic crocheter who works consistently to improve her skills. One of her biggest joys is teaching and encouraging others how to crochet and develop new skills.
