The Early Childhood Programs are an integral part of Forest Lake Area Schools (FLAS). We work together to assure that children transition smoothly into kindergarten.
The program offers before and after school childcare, non-school days (NSD) and summer childcare. Fees are listed in the current fee schedule online. The program opens at 6am and closes at 6pm.
You'll learn how easy it is to grow your own vegetables, including tips on site selection, soil preparation, garden design and layout. You'll learn why when you plant makes a difference. We’ll discuss the essentials of disease, pest and weed control techniques, composting, how to extend your growing season and the best time to harvest.
This class will be taught as an interactive, online webinar through Zoom by a Master Gardener using University research-based information. Handouts and Zoom link will be sent by email prior to the class.
