  • Little Kickers Soccer Ages 3-8

    Late registration fee after April 6 is $89. Please register for the waiting list. We monitor our numbers daily and will accept as many participants as possible. If you have any questions in regards to late registration please contact Katie Suloff at 651-982-8392 or email ksuloff@flaschools.org Little Kickers is a great introduction to soccer. This fun training program for boys and girls will work on individual skills and small team play. Please register the participant for the elementary school they attend or plan to attend. The weekly schedule will be communicated out by the volunteer coach after the coaches meeting. What to bring: soccer cleats (rubber only) or tennis shoes, shin guards and a bottle of water every day.     Build strength while you lengthen and stretch your body by aligning ligaments through this gentle yoga practice. Yoga postures are connected with fluid movements that synchronize with your breathing to help reduce stress and improve balance. This class is most appropriate for people with experience in yoga. In person drop-in fee is $10 - space permitting. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water.

For the non-vegetarian, we can use different types of meat sautéed with various kinds of flavored butter and healthy oils. Every step is educational, informative and a dream-like trip into the food culture of these historic countries. This class is offered virtually.
