This chair yoga class is designed for yogis of all abilities, allowing you to practice yoga in a supported environment. Yogis will engage in gentle movements and stretches while seated or using a chair for support, helping to enhance flexibility, strength and balance. This class emphasizes breath awareness and mindfulness through meditations. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and bottle of water.
