Level 7 Swim Lessons - Age 6 & up

Youth Elementary Grade K-5 / Aquatics: Learn to Swim Levels 1-7 - Age 6 & up -
Winter 2026 - Jan-Apr

Prerequisite: Level 6

The objectives of Level 7 are to refine the strokes (front and back crawl, elementary backstroke, breaststroke and sidestroke) so participants swim these strokes with efficiency and power over greater distances. This will be achieved through workouts, turns, use of pace clocks, pull buoys and fins. The butterfly will be introduced. This is a great introduction to competitive swimming.

Goggles are highly recommended.
