Middle School Volleyball is a fun and fast-paced recreational league. Volleyball basics include six key skills: serving, passing, setting, hitting (or spiking), blocking and digging. The coaching staff will be diving deeper into game strategies, team positioning and both offensive and defensive play. 

Volleyball will meet Monday-Thursday on school days from 2:30-4:30pm at the Forest Lake Area Middle School (FLAMS) gyms.

Important dates and times:

  • Mon-Thu 2:30-4:30pm
  • Tentative Dates are: Sep 8-Oct 9
  • Location: FLAMS Gyms
