Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise discipline that utilizes a series of slow, graceful, low impact body movements and specialized breathing techniques to improve health, balance and relaxation. Come see for yourself how Tai Chi can enhance your fitness, increase your sense of tranquility and elevate you to new levels of vitality and well-being. Wear comfortable clothes, flat shoes and bring a bottle of water. An indoor space will be available in case of inclement weather.

Jeff Wood

Master Jeff Wood, 5th Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do has been teaching martial arts and Tai Chi for the past 30 years. He is the President/C.E.O. of the Young Americans Schools of Self-Defense, Inc. Mr. Wood also holds a Master of Arts degree in clinical psychology from Central Michigan University.
