The Early Childhood Programs are an integral part of Forest Lake Area Schools (FLAS). We work together to assure that children transition smoothly into kindergarten.
The program offers before and after school childcare, non-school days (NSD) and summer childcare. Fees are listed in the current fee schedule online. The program opens at 6am and closes at 6pm.
Embark on a cool journey into bedroom decor! Stitch, snip and sew your way to a Sly Fox Pillow masterpiece that'll amaze everyone! This class is made for advanced beginners, but still attainable for a new beginner, offering a perfect mix of challenge and fun.
Prerequisite: Sewing: Getting Started Ages 8-16. A supply fee of $30 is payable to the instructor at class.
Renee has been sewing since she was a young girl and her interest continued to grow throughout her teen years. Upon graduating high school, she went on to formalize her skills at Century College in White Bear Lake, MN. She then worked for several designers and bridal shops before opening her custom bridal and alteration business in 1997. Renee began teaching sewing classes in the fall of 2018 and opened her own sewing classroom/studio in Forest Lake in February of 2019
