Mimi Selam Asfaha

Mimi Selam is very passionate about cooking in general and Ethiopian/Eritrean cuisine in particular. She finds cooking very relaxing and curative beyond its culinary advantages. She has a wide experience in sharing her skills in cooking, including teaching through other Community Ed programs in the Twin Cities for several years.
