Bullseye! Are you looking to try something new or want to enhance your archery skills? Following the National Archery in the Schools Program curriculum, you will learn about all the parts of the bow and arrow, shooting techniques and enhance your skills as a shooter. Don’t miss out on this great opportunity. Shoot straight, have fun and remember - safety first! The registration fee will be refunded after the second session if children are not strong enough to achieve full draw of the bow.

Please note: This is the waiting list for baseball, t-ball, and softball. Once registered, if there is a spot available on your preferred team, you will be automatically enrolled and moved to the correct course where you will then receive a confirmation email. If there is a spot available on a different team for your student's grade/age, you will be contacted. If there is no spot available, you be removed and refunded on May 13th. If you would like to be removed and refunded before May 13th, please contact ksuloff@flaschools.org or 651-982-8392. If your child is 4 years old and you need help registering, please contact our office for assistance. Baseball schedule includes one practice night AND one game night per week. T-Ball/Softball: Age 4 through Kindergarten. Games on Tuesdays. 1st Grade: Modified Coach Pitch. Set number of pitches by the coach to put the ball in play, if that pitch amount is exceeded, there will be an opportunity to put the ball in play off of a tee. Games on Thursdays. 2nd Grade: Set number of pitches by the coach to put the ball in play. Games on Thursdays. 1st/2nd Grade Softball: Games on Thursdays 3rd/4th Grade: Player pitch, age appropriate rules will be followed. Games on Thursdays. 5th/6th Grade: Player pitch, age appropriate rules will be followed. Games on Tuesdays. We monitor our numbers daily and will accept as many participants as possible. We add students in order of registration and your child must be on the waiting list before placing them onto a team. You will be contacted if there is a spot open on any team within your child's age/grade. Please note, this may not be the team you have selected.\ Important dates and times: Coaches Meeting: TBD Practices are currently set to begin the week of April 29. Games are set to begin the week of May 13 - Times are TBD - please see last year's schedule for an example by clicking here. Tentative Schedule is the week of April 29 - June 20. Recreational basketball is a great workout and a good time for both new and returning players. Players organize full court or cross court pick-up games and often play shirts and skins. A yellow or gold t-shirt can be worn as an alternative to skins. Pre-registration is required. Register on a week to week basis ($7 each). Registration closes at 4pm each Wednesday. We request that players bring their own ball.

The FLAS Early Childhood Programs and Hardwood Creek Library invite you to check out some of your child’s favorite vehicles at the Forest Lake Metro Transit parking lot behind the library! Bring your camera for this climb-on display. Go inside the library and enjoy reading, coloring and a block play area. Restrooms on site. Hardwood Creek Library is located at 19955 Forest Road N., Forest Lake.

Prerequisite: Turtle class Participants should be comfortable jumping to the instructor and able to hold their breath for 6 seconds. Unsupported floats and kicks are the emphasis in this class. Parents are not in the water.
