This beginning yoga practice will combine gentle physical poses with mindfulness and breathing. Our focus will be on functional mobility, balance and working to release stress and stiffness. Studies show that yoga practice positively correlates with both physical and mental wellness as well as managing pain and inflammation, improving sleep quality and much more. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water. Register for this class, attend the majority of the sessions and on the last day of class you’ll receive a $25 gift certificate good towards your next Community Education class.
