The Early Childhood Programs are an integral part of Forest Lake Area Schools (FLAS). We work together to assure that children transition smoothly into kindergarten.
The program offers before and after school childcare, non-school days (NSD) and summer childcare. Fees are listed in the current fee schedule online. The program opens at 6am and closes at 6pm.

Monday we'll leave around 6:45 am, a couple of rest stops are included, with a boat ride for lunch. Overnight will be in Ludington, MI. Tuesday we'll travel to Mackinaw City to take the ferry to Mackinac Island. We'll stay on the island at the Lakeview Hotel. We'll continue on the island on Wednesday with a horse drawn carriage ride, then have time on your own to explore. Lunch is included at the Grand Hotel. Thursday morning we'll depart the island and head for St. Ignace, lunch is included with an overnight in Green Bay at the Oneida Casino. Friday we'll tour Lambeau before having lunch. Then return home early evening.

June Pricing: An initial deposit of $600 due at the time of registration. Final payment is due April 1, 2026. There is a $50 cancelation fee if you need to cancel before April 1. No refunds after April 1.
