Take your workout to the water on a stand up paddle board. Build strength and improve your balance and focus. Starting with a short paddle, we’ll find the perfect spot to anchor. Your total body workout will include body weight and strength exercises, conditioning drills and cardio bursts. End each session with a short flowing sequence of yoga and relaxing on the water. All participants must be 18+ years of age, sign a liability waiver and are required to wear a life jacket, whistle and leash. Please wear a swimsuit or workout wear you are comfortable getting wet and swimming in (no cotton, please). Bring sunscreen and a bottle of water. All equipment is provided. Small group size with certified instructors allows for individual attention. Students may bring their own life jackets.
