Yoga - Hatha Flow

Build strength while you lengthen and stretch your body by aligning ligaments through this gentle yoga practice. Yoga postures are connected with fluid movements that synchronize with your breathing to help reduce stress and improve balance. This class is most appropriate for people with experience in yoga. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water. Drop-in fee is $10. Please register for S20A for the in-person class, and S20B or a webinar class.

Erin DiBetta


Erin began practicing yoga in 2005. After seeing what a positive difference it made in her body, mind and soul, she earned her 200 hour yoga teacher certification from Yoga Forest in 2017. Since then she has been teaching at the YMCA in Forest Lake and has taken additional trainings in both Pilates and WAVE yoga on paddleboards. She began teaching WAVE yoga in January, 2018 and plans to continue to broaden her knowledge of yoga in the future, making it a lifelong process of growth through her practice.
